This uniuque, evergreen trailing vine grows up to 10cm in height and can reach lengths of 2-4 metres. Its pink and white variegated heart-shaped, succulent leaves are about 1-2cm wide. It is a very popular houseplant and is best grown in hanging baskets. Chain of hearts require excellent drainage and should only be watered when the soil is dry to touch.
